Hi, I’m Nina. I’m a physiotherapist, and a mum to be.

I have had rheumatoid arthritis since 2007. In the past I have been really well managed by medication, and so I pretty much just focused on getting on with my life as it was…

Then I decided i wanted a baby, so I came off my meds, and BAM! Welcome to a realisation that my rheumatoid arthritis had not, in any uncertain terms, gone away!

This is when and why I started this blog, partly to document my journey through pregnancy, and partly to help me and anyone out there to learn more about rheumatoid arthritis.
